About Linnea

As a professional athlete with scoliosis, yoga became an integral part of my practice. After completing my vinyasa and yin certification in 2018 I've led private and group sessions to an array of individuals with varying intentions, backgrounds and abilities. I continue to use both styles of yoga in my own daily practice and look forward to sharing the benefits of mindful movements with you!

About the lesson

Yoga designed for you! Session styles are tailored to meet individual and group needs. I work with all ages 5+, in groups up to 30. Vinyasa style - Flow through a series of postures designed to activate, strengthen and cultivate mindfulness as we flow breath to movement. Led as 60-90 minute sessions Yin Style-Slower paced restorative session, with a focus on releasing fascia. Remain in each posture for 3-5 minutes, focusing on breathing and deep release. Led as 60-90 minute session No Free first lesson
