About Julie

Hi, I’m Julie aka Uma (my spiritual name given to me by my guide in India).
I found yoga or yoga found me - whichever way you want to see it - in my mid-twenties. It slowly changed my whole perspective and life for the better. I am hoping to spread the joy and word about the Yogic path as part of a healthy lifestyle.

About the lesson

I believe in the mind-body connection and that we can all heal (from whatever we need to heal - physically, mentally or emotionally) with practice, compassion, patience and time. I practice and teach people to be in the now as much as they want to be on a particular day. Every day is a different practice, embrace it.
