About Cristina Martín
Yoga teacher authorized with 300hr by the Yoga Alliance, coming from the world of dance. I have a daily personal practice of Ashtanga yoga. In addition, I continue to train in specific courses on meditation, yoga philosophy, pranayama and bandhas. I have had the opportunity to study with good references in yoga such as Petri Raisänen and Mark Stephens.

First trial class is free.
The class will focus mainly on Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. For beginners in this style of yoga, an introduction to it will be made during the first sessions.
During practice, postures will be worked on according to the needs and levels of the student, along with breathing exercises, the main tool of yoga practice to keep the mind united with the body.
Cristina teaches classes near Puerta de Toledo metro, Sol, Opera, Palacio, La Latina, Pirámides metro, Acacias metro.
