About Osvaldo
Growing up in rural Kinston, Alabama, I did not have access to rigorous academic opportunities or high-quality, tailored tutoring.
Upon graduating high school, I attended Princeton University where I majored in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Robotics. In my junior year of college, I tutored my first student — my brother — helping him raise his ACT score to 32+.
This made me realize that it is an honor and privilege to pass down elite instruction and knowledge to the younger generation, something I did not have growing up.
Now, for over two years, I've specialized in math, test prep, and college essay consulting. My students have gone to Princeton University, MIT, Boston University, Northeastern, Villanova, and Johns Hopkins University. Students, on average, have a 5+ ACT (200+ SAT) composite score improvement with me.
My approach to tutoring always revolves around the student’s learning style. I believe the best tutors are the ones that know their student at a personal level — sharing in curiosity with them.

With my students, I ensure they learn at their own learning style and speed. The Princeton University background I have, taught me how to break complex problems and obstacles into smaller, more manageable problems. This is what I share with my students — elite Ivy League academics.
I cover math levels from K - AP Calculus and differential equations. SAT and ACT prep is for any grade level. In addition, I do college essay consulting for juniors and seniors.

All of my tutoring services have class packages, where you can book ahead 8 1:1 sessions for a one-time fixed rate of $450 ($30 dollars off 8 sessions)
