About Kankana

I am a class teacher at an outstanding primary school. I have a PGCE from Derby University. I have a Masters degree in Bioinformatics and honours degree in Zoology. My subject knowledge is thorough. I am currently working with primary age children and well versed with the new curriculum. I am approachable and patient hence the students find it easy to communicate with me.

About the lesson

I believe every student learns differently and I customise according to the need of the student. I approach each topic by going to the root and clearing the concept and building knowledge gradually. I take care to understand the areas of weakness and scaffold and support accordingly
