About Nicole
Hello! My name is Nicole and I am a prior special education teacher. After several family members needed extra assistance due to some medical issues, I stopped full time teaching but miss working with students and helping kids reach their goals. I worked primarily with students with autism but have also tutored students just needing a little extra help or who may have fallen behind due to absence from school.
A little about myself: my husband and I live in a small town in western New York but spent the majority of our life in Nebraska. We have a menagerie of cats and dogs and have fostered many critters through the years. We are also looking forward to welcoming our first child this summer. Additionally, I love to travel. For me, one of the best ways to learn has been hands on so I love to go to locations to see, feel, and touch everything that I am learning about. I am excited to begin teaching/tutoring again and look forward to assisting students in whatever way that I can!
