About the lesson

Accountable for teaching students English, Mathematics and Reasoning for various courses and providing guidance on entrance examinations like CAT, MAT,ATMA,SNAP and for GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL and CLAT.
Instrumental In enhancing classroom learning environment and acting as a facilitator to promote student leadership in initiating and creating positive learning opportunities.
Supporting and evaluating quality of teaching in the subject.
Leading the process of mapping the progress during training, providing feedbacks and reviewing their performance.
Conceptualizing lessons, to capture the students’ imaginations Infusing much needed enthusiasm Ensuring that there are clear learning intentions and success criteria in the subject and in Individual classes
Conducting root cause analysis of gaps in progress and following up with concerned students to improve their progress periodically
Motivating students to take charge of their own learning & set own goals
Leading regular self review of the subject and participating in scheduled Learning Area Reviews
