I am an extremely inquisitive soul on my quest to dig deeper into the existential and spiritual questiions and dilemmas. I have dug quite deep into this and Yoga came to me on this path and believe me this is one of the most wonderful tool for anyone's overall well-being.

It is advisable to initiate yourself into practices through Morning or Evening Sessions according to Indian time as suitable to you.
My focus in the class will be more on realisation and the science behind the practice, so that my student can live and adjust thyself and the pratice as per their requirement.
I am an extremely inquisitive soul on my quest to dig deeper into the existential and spiritual questiions and dilemmas. I have dug quite deep into this however on the way I have also learnt Yoga, a skill which I ll pass on as a practice but the science behind it is even bigger than the skill itself.
The classes are intended for anyone who is interested in enhancing their understanding of Human Mind's relation with Spirituality and Existence, Mind Body Co-ordination or simply in learning what we call Yoga. This is definitely useful for people from all phases of life, but serious ones.
