I had one of my best yoga experiences with yoga master Ajith. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses. Also i was suffered with a back pain but he was very knowledgeable and helpful, He went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. After few sessions my back pain was gone and i really happy. I would highly recommend Ajith master!
