About Greeshma
I am a registered yoga teacher with 500 hours of training i.e. RYT 500 from Rishikesh, India. I have been practising yoga for the last two years.
I also rock climb and skii. Currently traveling in Northern India particulary the Himalayan range.

Online over zoom with verbal guidance. Focusing on engaging the right muscle groups to perfect the asanas.
I generally take a small group class and also do modified postures to gradually prepare the class for the actual posture whenever needed.
Post practice, we focus on guided meditation and/or pranayama breath work.
