About Chloe
I am an Interior Architecture and Design student at LBU as well as a freelance artist. I have been passionately drawing and painting for as long as I can remember, since I was a young child and it has become a large feature in my life! I have studied Art at GCSE and A-level qualifications receiving high grading in both. Subsequently, I also received two unconditional offers from universities, therefore, I am knowledgeable of the grading system and requirements. I have a lot of experience in working with children, teenagers and those seeking to improve their creative abilities (both in official roles and volunteering). My main areas of expertise are Art, Design, Photography and digital design software, particularly paintings, sketches and I use a lot of Photoshop use with my uni degree. However, I love experimenting and challenging myself with different mediums and subjects. Photographs of my coursework can be shared and will be used, amongst others, as references in tuition sessions. Whether you are looking for a tutor for younger children, improvements to GCSE/ A-level coursework or exam/ uni presentation preparation, I can help. I don't believe that any of us are (nor need to be) "gifted" in art, we just need to be curious, determined, patient and enjoying of the process - it takes a lot of practice and sometimes disappointment when doesn’t turn out as planned. I feel that, particularly in coursework, nothing should be discarded, only reflected on and improved! - it all shows process and learning from mistakes. I also do commissioned work for private clients and am looking to reach companies also - please do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested in paintings, illustrations, personalised drawings. I offer personalised Art and Design tuitions, tailored to your unique needs and goals. In lessons you can expect: - Explore various art forms, including drawing, painting, digital art, and more. - Learning basics and technical skills and principles that form the foundation of great art. - Grow creativity and confidence with innovative projects and guided exercises. - Receive constructive critique and guidance to help you improve. I want students to enjoy learning, and my lessons are a reflection of that. I always look for creative ways to make the lessons fun and interactive so students stay engaged and gain from them as much as possible. I teach all ages and lessons are usually 1hr but can be flexible if required. You can contact me at any time, share pictures of your artwork and discuss your ideas/ concerns.
