About Megha

Online yoga classes I'm providing to connect my students and increase my yoga family. Because to learn yoga many years one thing is sure this knowledge is not what to take with you only, actually, this is the knowledge we should share and spread to make our world healthy. About the lesson

We design and plan sessions according to yoga clients' needs and give flexible timing as well. Healthy conversational environment, class duration 45 min to 1 hr, group session and 1:1 session available. Work on tone body, general health, fertility yoga (prenatal and postnatal yoga), kids yoga, breathing techniques for immune system, fast and slow yoga pose sequences. One can feel fresh and alive by joining our yoga session. Minimum fees 450/hr, I'm an International Certified Experienced Yoga teacher. This fee is a great offer to you. Myself Megha Bisht, International Certified Yoga teacher, 200YTT Teacher On RFM academy, 400 YTT, ISO certified, 85 hrs Prenatal, kids TTC.
