I am a Mental Health Wellness coach and teaching and practicing yoga has given me a new perspective for the way I see life. I have rediscovered myself along with my practice, getting comfortable in my own body, being able to bring lots of good health, positivity and smile in people's life.

I have been teaching yoga from past few years, and my clients have seen tremendous improvements in their mental and physical health. My classes are designed for client's needs and the sessions are one hour. I take both individual and group classes and client's requirement is my priority.

Cancellation of classes should be informed at least a day before and alternative timings or days to coverup the classes might be discussed (cancellation on same day wont be rescheduled) Travelling cost of $20 is for suburbs within 5kms of Box Hill central.
