About Jimmy Ji
After many years of having lived abroad, participated in various international events, workshops, I discovered Ayurveda in Los Angeles and Traditional Hatha Yoga in Bali in Indonesia where I obtained a Certificate of Ancient Balinese Yoga (Watukaru Yoga in Balitrees Tabanan).
Certified Yoga Alliance and inspired by the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), I completed my training of Yoga Teacher at the International Center of Yoga Teachers in Rishikesh in India, Capital of Yoga.

Yoga is the oldest known science of personal physical and mental development. Hatha Yoga means force and it is an aspect of Kundalini Yoga.
Power Hatha Yoga is a complete and energetic Yoga.
My teaching style is dynamic and adapted to everyone, beginner or advanced, French or English.
Practicing mindfulness and non-duality influenced how I decided to teach Yoga: focusing not only on the physical body, but also in relation with the mind, our emotional blocages and thoughts.
I am also qualified in first aid and I bring an ayurvedic approach in my individual classes.
