Hello! My name is Rinsha, and I am a dedicated yoga instructor with a deep passion for holistic health, mindfulness, and movement. My own journey with yoga has profoundly transformed my physical well-being and mental clarity, and I am deeply committed to sharing these lifelong benefits with my students.

My Teaching Approach & Methods
Welcome to a transformative and grounding yoga journey! My teaching philosophy centers on cultivating mindfulness, physical strength, and inner peace. I primarily blend traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow, focusing heavily on breath-to-movement synchronization (Pranayama) and proper anatomical alignment. I believe in a compassionate, student-centered approach, offering various modifications and props to ensure every pose is accessible, safe, and beneficial for your unique body.
