About Samrat
I am a teacher in History. My specialization lies in medieval history, mythology, and international history. I have completed my first master's degree in Applied History from HSE in St Petersburg, Russia and second masters in Medieval history from CEU Budapest in Hungary respectively. I have taught in Universities in those aforementioned countries as well as in schools. I have been giving private tuitions from my undergraduate days in Kolkata to various students from different academic boards.

My teaching method is interactive where I explain a topic and involve the student/s in giving feedback by asking questions and their ideas. Also, I try and draw parallels as to how history can be impactful in today's scenario and times. I take regular exams to ensure that the students have been able to grasp the topic. Parallel to this, there are doubt clearing sessions. I also use digital resources and ppt for certain topics to make it more interesting and informative for the students. Most importantly I finish the syllabus within the stipulated time.
