About Alida

I would like to serve a student-friendly atmosphere and it is clear in the previous writing. I don't prefer explaining the theory directly from the reference text; rather, I would like to make them experience the beauty of the subject by means of examples and demonstrations. I will help the children to make them capable of finding the answer to their problem themselves, and every student in my class will have a role to do, either he/she will be a teacher, singer, storyteller, etc., depending on their ability and perception. I will never be a taskmaster to give tasks to children; rather, I will make them feel that the tasks are no more tasks by injecting them with the ocean of knowledge.

About the lesson

first 40minutes we will demonstrated the the subject by means of diagram, graphs, videos and experimental demonstration, we will make students to observe the outcomes of experiment and will give them time to reach at their own conclusions.

10-minutes will be given for an group discussion so that the students can share their understandings

finally, student can clarify doubts regarding the topic or a general discussion is also allowed

last there will be five minutes for the students to have some extracurricular activities (one student per each class)

we are planning to provide a student friendly atmosphere
