I intend not just to read from books and lecture but to initiate "thinking" in my students. By clearing the basic concepts first and sharing simple notes, I allow the child to share even what he may think is his silliest view on a subject. This will make him to think and develop a critical understanding. I take into account the different needs and abilities of students to learn and design my teaching methods accordingly.
