About Vincent

Hi, I'm Vincent and I'm studying for my Master's degree in Physics. Through my experience as a tutor at the university and in private tutoring, I've developed a good sense for where typical comprehension problems lie and how to address them effectively. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physics with a grade of 1.7 and have several years of experience teaching students. I've led tutorials at the university as well as provided individual tutoring. My teaching style is tailored to each student. I place great emphasis on clear, structured explanations and use many illustrative examples. It's important to me that the material isn't just memorized, but truly understood. Therefore, I actively involve students and support them in developing their own solutions.

About the lesson

My teaching methods: I place great emphasis on explaining content clearly and vividly – often using everyday examples or visual aids. I work in a structured manner, proceeding step by step and ensuring that understanding is truly solidified. Independent thinking and active participation are central to my approach. Typical lesson structure: We begin by clarifying any open questions or briefly reviewing the most recent material. Then, we work together on new topics or delve deeper into existing ones, usually using concrete exercises. Finally, there is a short summary and – if desired – suitable practice exercises for home. What distinguishes me as a teacher: patience, clear explanations, and the ability to break down even complex concepts into understandable terms. Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere where questions are always welcome is important to me. Target group: My lessons are aimed at students of all school types, especially in middle and high school. Preparation for tests or the Abitur (university entrance exam) is also possible. Currently, I offer only online lessons, as I am relocating.
