About Andrea

Hi, I'm Andrea, I'm 28 and I have a problem ... I like teaching too much! I have a bachelor's and master's degree in Physics, at the University of Perugia, where I graduated with full marks. My passion for science did not stop there: I completed my background with a PhD in Physics carried out in Trieste. As you may have already understood, I like to travel, but who doesn't? :) This last experience opened a world to me: that of teaching! I gave lectures to students of all types and backgrounds: middle school, high school students, but also university and master students. I also do private tutoring activity, and I think that the 1 to 1 method (face to face, even through via pc :) ) is the best possible approach for a student who has difficulties in scientific subjects.

About the lesson

One day a guy said: "I may not have a refined aesthetic sense like that of an artist, but I am still able to appreciate the beauty of a flower. Moreover [thanks to the scientific knowledge] I see many things in the flower that he cannot. I can ask myself fascinating questions that show how scientific knowledge actually expands the sense of wonder, mystery, admiration aroused by a flower" ... That guy was Feynman, one of the greatest physicists ever existed.

Are you ready to appreciate aspects of the nature that surrounds us, which without a physical-mathematical knowledge we would not know how to grasp? If you love beautiful things, if you think this path is too difficult for you, then I'm the man for you! I offer you tutoring activities, private lessons, support and help for exams in Mathematics and Physics.

Being able to appreciate the beauty of a flower is not precluded, because you are not denied in scientific subjects! Nobody is, someone simply needs a person who can help them and get over the obstacle... And again, here I am for you! :)

I have given lessons to students of several levels and backgrounds, from high school to university students. With the lessons, however, sometimes, students lose the thread, and that is why I also do tutoring and private lessons to single students or groups.

Lessons will be held via computer, with webcam (if necessary) and microphone. From your screen, sitting comfortably in your house, you can see what I write with my tablet or my graphics tablet. What's better than this?

My teaching methodology? First of all, the introductions! We are human beings, first let's get to know each other and then we will evaluate together a path of studies / lessons / repetitions that best suits you. Once this is done (which usually takes a few minutes), we start with the fun part: the lessons together :)

Obviously the first lesson is free. I am very empathetic, so I easily notice if there are any difficulties from the side of the pupil. We will overcome them, we just the commitment!
