About Natalia

I started studying languages at age four. The school I attended then, the Worthing International School, was a bilingual school and since childhood we had different types of English classes (English colloquium, English with native teachers, English as an instrumental language ...) All this has allowed me to spend the greatest part of my life in contact with the English language. In elementary school I continued in the same school and began to take the Trinity College exams, reaching a level 8 with just 11 years. In addition to English, the school's subject curriculum included French and German, which led to the passing of primary school in a perfect environment for language development. However, when I finished second of that, my parents and I moved to Badajoz and started going to the Salesianos Ramón Izquierdo school. There I followed another course with the French classes, which I dropped out in 4th of ESO, and continued with the English classes both in the school and attending language academies and the Official School of Languages. Subsequently, I have obtained the Degree in English Studies: Language, literature and culture with German as a second language at the UNED and recently I have started studying French and German at the EOI. I have managed to translate multiple projects and work as an interpreter in several countries. On the other hand, my goal is to dedicate myself to teaching and I have been an English teacher at Academia Educo, Badajoz, for two years. I have taught students from 6 years to adults preparing different exams and skills. As a professional, I consider myself a very autonomous person. My experience as a UNED student who has taken the degree in the established time has taught me not to fear hard work, to know how to organize myself and to give 120% in each task. This has even allowed me to combine studies with other types of activities, such as temporary jobs or giving private lessons. In addition, I consider myself a person with a lot of initiative and desire to do things, that believes in innovation and hard work. Personally, I want to dedicate myself to teaching because I consider it to be the fundamental basis of any civilized society. I think that we have to do conscientious and self-critical analysis and detect the reasons why in this country it has been teaching English on multiple scales for twenty years but it has not been possible to have an English-speaking society. Currently, I am working as a teacher of support classes because I would like to be part of that necessary change that is taking place in educational centers of all kinds and that together we can overcome, at once, that deficit in languages that seems Our hallmark.

About the lesson

I have experience both in private lessons and with groups for children and adults. I adapt the subject to the needs of each student, their difficulties and their particular way of understanding, having experience in students with problems of hyperactivity or attention deficit.
