About Elys
I have been very passionate about science since a very young age. All of the aspirations and toys I would dream about for christmas revolved around making experiments and mixing funky stuff in the kitchen as my mom was cooking.
I have been studying chemistry very intensively for the past 10 years and I continue to do so at my current job. Part of my job also requires me to know physics and biochemistry. I have recieved numerous awards for my GPA and research projects in the last decade. I have been also been sponsored by schools and companies to travel abroad and present my work.
Most importantly, I have been making sure I make a presence in science as a latina; as I want to be a role model for the yeounger generations and motivate them torwards higher edication.

I am incredibly passionate and very attention to detail.
My goal since undergraduate school, has been to learn everything to the highest level of detail. This has allowed me to teach people with different expertise levels. I have though six graders all the way to PhD students.
I am very patient and will find a way that suits you by creating unique excercises that make good use of your stregths to solve problems.
Im very organized and will make big use of vizuals such as: drawings, color systems and step by step guides on solving problems.
