About Amber

I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and got certified to teach one year ago. I have a degree in Psychology with experience in the mental health field including addiction treatment and brain injuries. l can help you relax your mind and reduce pain through yoga, with a strong understanding of all different yoga styles.

The class will be designed around what you’re looking for specifically. Typically the classes are Vinyasa and Restorative with a strong focus on breath work. I will offer modifications to make everyone feel comfortable while practicing. I understand how certain poses can reduce back and neck pain, and would love to help you learn to heal your mind and body with yoga.
