About Julie Anne

I'm a Brazilian journalist, writer, and yoga teacher graduated from an Indian school in Rishikesh. I have up to 6 years of experience teaching yoga in private or group classes, and also in yoga retreats. Currently living in Spain, I can teach different yoga styles and tend to mix all of them in my classes, which can be taken in Portuguese, English, or Spanish.

About the lesson

I prefer to give more personalized classes, asking the student which parts of the body he/she would like to work on and what his/her emotional state is each week, so we can bring the best class option, always mixing different yoga styles in a way it is never boring.

Perfect! Tutors like Julie are rare gems. She is exceptional at what she does, and she brings the added value of being a genuinely caring person who is deeply invested in her students' growth. Julie not only helps her students improve but also inspires them to excel in yoga, life, and everything else she can assist with. Taking yoga classes with Julie has immensely benefited my daily life for many reasons. Although I am a beginner, I am already hooked on the practice. Consistency in her classes, guided by her expertise, has helped me adopt a more mindful approach to daily stresses and gain the vitality her sessions provide.
