About Harshita
I hold a B.Sc in Yogic Science and a Master's in Yoga Therapy (Double gold medalist) demonstrating my deep academic skills along with strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology. My teaching style focuses on Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga along with guiding individuals toward balance, awareness, and inner harmony through thoughtfully designed sessions tailored to their needs. Also, I have extensive knowledge of mindful meditation techniques, guided visualization, pranayama breathwork, and stress reduction techniques.
I believe knowledge becomes more meaningful when it is shared with others. So I want to make people feel more confident, comfortable, and conscious of their own bodies. I want to guide, educate, and support you so that you become more confident in your practice and can carry the benefits of yoga into your everyday life.

Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice. So my approach begins by understanding you—your body, goals, any medical injury. Based on that, I design sessions that suit you best rather than just following the same routine for everyone. You won’t be learning the pose only, but anatomical and physiological knowledge is being applied in my classes along with a focus on proper alignment, breath work, and posture correction.
