About Neprithe

12 years of experience in the world of fitness, focused on the female figure, with advanced, personalized and fun training to reach the goal you want.
My specialty is functional training, weights and TRX, among others, I also have experience in yoga for children and initiation to meditation.

About the lesson

The training by my side is divided into the initial part to know the expectations that the client wants and what we can achieve if we focus on certain fields, such as daily or regular training, diet and lifestyle, we continue with the type of muscles and focus on the main goal, whether it is a specific weight, height, improving fitness or health.
I bring material for each training, and you can contact me whenever you need it if you need advice.
