Hello, I am Vishal Paliwal, I belong to MP. I am a Pharmacy graduate from RGPV university Bhopal. I am a certified, Trained and Well experienced Yoga Trainer. I have got my Yoga Certificate from Premanand yoga centre mumbai after that I have started my Yoga classes at client’s home. I have attended many Yoga Teaching workshops online and offline both. I have been working as a Yoga Trainer for 9 years and I have a number of satisfied customers who are rejuvenated with the yoga therapy that I have Inculcated and Designed.

I have been working as a Yoga Trainer for 9 years and I have a number of satisfied customers who are rejuvenated with the yoga therapy that I have Inculcated and Designed.
I have very unique style and pattern of Yoga which I used with the clients to fulfil their requirements to get Fit, Flexibility, Stamina, power, Strength with the help of body, Mind and Soul. I know many types of Asanas and Pranayamas. I have a good Knowledge of theory of yoga too. I am very expert in curing Backaches, BP control, Asthma, Sinus, Diabetes, Weight loss, Meditation and many others. I know How to do Traditional Yoga, Power Yoga, Patanjali Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Advance Yoga. I am very time Punctual, Dedicated, kind by heart and sweet in nature.
