About Khushboo
I am a passionate yoga teacher who sees yoga as a beautiful journey of self-discovery, awareness, and transformation. For me, yoga is not about perfect postures—it is about creating a deeper connection between the body, breath, mind, and inner self.
- [ ] Through my classes, I aim to create a calm and welcoming space where students can slow down, breathe consciously, move mindfully, and reconnect with themselves. I combine physical practice with breath awareness and mindfulness to make each session meaningful both on and off the mat.
What makes my teaching special is my focus on individual connection and holistic well-being. I don’t simply teach yoga poses; I guide my students towards greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and a healthier relationship with themselves.
