I am a Yoga and Pilates teacher, Personal trainer and Nutrition consultant with 10 years of experience. I am also a P90Xlive instructor and VIPRfit and R.A.B instructor. I always have a great passion for fitness and that's why I do my best to expand my knowledge day by day. I have lots of experience with different types of clients and helped them achieve their goals.
