About Jorge
Personal trainer for 6 years. Dancer for 11 years and psychologist for 15 years. I am currently studying for a degree in choreography. With studies in kinesiology and movement analysis. I have worked in gyms and studios where I have taught fitness classes, yoga, Pilates, beginner ballet and personalized workouts. Recently completed the propaedeutic as a sports psychologist
