About Shanky

I am a certified personal trainer and a full-time IT professional who has personally transformed from 105 kg to 68 kg. I understand the challenges working professionals face—long hours, job pressure, stress, deadlines, and lack of time. Fitness often takes a backseat in this routine. My approach focuses on realistic fat loss strategies that fit into a busy work schedule, without extreme diets or exhausting workouts. My goal is to help professionals stay fit, reduce stress, and build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

About the lesson

I specialize in fat loss coaching backed by real experience—I transformed my own body from 105 kg to 68 kg. My approach focuses on sustainable fat loss through structured workouts, smart nutrition guidance, and habit building. No crash diets or extreme routines. Each plan is personalized to your lifestyle, fitness level, and goals, with regular progress tracking and accountability. Ideal for beginners and working professionals who want visible fat loss and long-term results.
