About Hafizur
I’m Hafizur Rahman, a certified personal trainer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in transforming bodies and building stronger mindsets. My journey into fitness started with my own transformation — a desire to push my limits, understand the human body, and live with purpose. What began as personal growth soon became my passion for helping others achieve their goals. I specialize in strength training, muscle building, fat loss, and overall body conditioning. Every plan I create is tailored to my clients’ individual needs, lifestyle, and goals — because fitness is never “one-size-fits-all.” For me, being a personal trainer isn’t just a job — it’s a commitment to guide, motivate, and empower people to become their strongest version.
