My teaching method is easily approachable and unique to each individual. Diet and exercise plans can be created after our initial discussion and will be made to your specifications, whether you prefer meal by meal laid out, or a more basic bi-weekly plan. Exercise plans will be customised to help you reach your goals in the optimal time.
