Fitness has been my passion for over 15 years. My journey has taken me through bodybuilding, breakdancing, powerlifting, and calisthenics and I love exploring new forms of fitness and pushing my boundaries.
Powerlifting is where my heart truly lies. I've competed at the national level and am constantly striving for new heights. This dedication and experience allow me to bring a unique and informed perspective to my training.
What drives me is the opportunity to share my passion with others. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing my clients progress and improving their health and strength. Your success is my success, and I am committed to providing you with personalised, motivating, and effective training.

- A supportive and motivating environment
- Proven techniques and strategies for lasting results.
- I also offer in-person monthly sessions at a private gym in London at extra cost online coaching and programming.
