About Alex
Fitness has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing any sport I could: soccer, basketball, track, baseball, you name it. With soccer being my main passion, I competed at a national level in high school, which taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of training with purpose. About five years ago, I took that same dedication into the gym and began my own lifting journey. Since then, I’ve gained over 60 pounds of healthy, lean weight, transformed my strength, and completely changed my lifestyle. I went from relying on junk food and constant snacking to fueling my body with whole, nutritious meals. This personal transformation is a big part of why I train others. I know what it feels like to start from scratch, to build new habits, and to have no idea where to start. I’ve lived the process myself, and I use that experience to guide my clients with patience, structure, and genuine support. My goal as a trainer is simple: help you build a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of yourself — in a way that feels sustainable and achievable. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, getting back into shape, or ready to elevate your performance, you’ll get coaching backed by real experience, proven habits, and a lifelong passion for personal development.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, improved athletic performance, or simply feeling better day-to-day, I design programs tailored to your lifestyle, experience level, and physical needs. I take a supportive, educational approach so you understand why we’re doing each exercise and how it moves you closer to your goals. My coaching style is supportive, technique-focused, and built around long-term progress. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter workouts. Every client gets a completely customized plan based on their fitness level, lifestyle, past injuries, and the results they want.
