About Tim
Training people to perform at their best is what I enjoy doing. I enjoy the process of teaching and I'm very patient. At the same time, I aim to give people the push they need to make progress. There is an art to giving people what they want, while also making sure they get what they need. I have mastered this art.
Also, I have learned how to make physical training fun. Even though it requires people to get a little uncomfortable, I am able to keep it fun.

I've been in the fitness business for 25 years and I've coached and helped many many people lose bodyfat, get stronger, perform better, and maintain peak health. I've trained athletes to get excel in their sport, as well moms and dads to live healthier more productive lives. I'm a great communicator and I have a very positive and empowering style. I believe everyone has the potential to succeed.
