About Danylo
I started my physical education in 1999, when I was five years old, and it continues to this day. Sports, movement, discipline, and body culture have been part of my life for many years. During my journey, I have trained with and learned from more than 100 coaches across different sports and styles. I continue to train myself, study movement, and develop my own experience every day. Now I am ready to share my knowledge, skills, discipline, and practical experience with other people.

My lessons are focused on building a stronger, healthier, and more confident body. I combine fitness, mobility, strength, conditioning, coordination, balance, discipline, and sport-specific movement. Every session is adapted to the student’s level, goals, and personality, from beginners to athletes. My goal is to help people move better, feel better, and become more disciplined in life.
