About Aniket
My name is Aniket Pande, and yoga has been a life-altering journey for me — one that began with a search for clarity and discipline, and evolved into a way of living. I am a 500-hour YTTC certified trainer from Yoga Alliance International, and my practice has taken me from city studios to remote Himalayan spaces, where I’ve deepened not only my skills but also my understanding of the mind-body connection. Yoga, for me, is not just about flexibility or strength — it’s about resilience, breath, and awareness. Through teaching, I aim to share this powerful practice with others, helping them discover the strength and stillness that already exists within.
