I generally teach yoga from the roots, not just as a classroom subject. I got trained by my ancestors who had great knowledge in yoga. I want people to heal internally, not through external appearance. I always prefer yoga as a main tool for all people to heal by themselves. Several mudras, asanas, and different postures all help us to get relief from daily stress, hormonal imbalance, improve body strength, and many more. I am always sure that in these many years of my experience, not one felt yoga was a waste of time.
