About Anushka
I am a dedicated yoga practitioner with over three years of consistent personal practice. Yoga has helped me build physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance, and I enjoy sharing these benefits with others. I believe yoga should feel safe, accessible, and pressure-free, especially for beginners. My intention as a teacher is to guide students gently, help them connect with their bodies, and create a calm space where progress happens naturally and at an individual pace.
