My name is Emilia and my dream was to become a yoga teacher in order to help people to connect with themselves, feel relaxed, calm and at peace.
Personally, I think that’s magical that Yoga is a spiritual practice, that involves physical activity.
By every practise you can bring balance to many other aspects of your life.

On every class that I teach, I put an attention on the breath work and short meditation.
