About Martina

When I was 18 i choose to study Mechanical Engineering, and at the same time, I began to practice Yoga.
After becoming an engineer, and having already completed my first Yoga teacher, I decided to travel to India, to continue my training in this ancestral practice.
After some work experiences in both areas, I discovered that I did not connect with engineering in the same way that I did with Yoga.
Trying to find my purpose brought me to Barcelona, where I finally decided to dedicate myself fully to sharing Yoga and its benefits.
Continuing with my personal path, continually seeking to get closer to myself, to my deepest truth, and almost unexpectedly, (like so many things beautiful in life), I found a new passion, Coaching.
I studied to become an Integral Coach and quickly I found how both disciplines are interrelated, forming a perfect complement for me .
Both searching for self-knowledge and personal growth.
This brings me to today, where I seek to share what has been so powerful to me.

About the lesson

Giving Yoga classes is turning my passion into my vocation. My classes are dynamic. The style is Vinyasa Yoga, it is an energetic practice that encourages, strengthens the body and calms the mind, where flowing and moving with the breath is the key. This practice is an individual and personal experience, unique for each person, as well as my classes that are personalized and adapted to the needs of each student. This practice has accompanied my day to day for 12 years. I have trained in Uruguay, my home country, in Espacio Marma, where I did my first teaching in 2013. Then I traveled to India to continue my training in the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, in Chennai. I was there in November 2015 and August 2016. Last year I have also trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, in Barcelona, at the Ashtanga Yoga Band school. In 2020 I have trained in Hatha Yoga, also in Barcelona, in Happy Yoga. Since 2014 I have been giving private and group classes in different parts of the world, such as Uruguay, Australia and Barcelona today. I am also an ontological coach
