About Chloé
I completed 250h of teacher training: 200h in Vinyasa and 50h in Rocket.
I have been guided by many inspiring teachers who have passed on their passion and knowedge, and I absolutely love to share all of this with others.
I also work in marketing so understand the need for a balanced and healthy life, and yoga brings that to me.

My classes are dynamic and fun, with a big emphasis on the breath.
I adapt to all levels by offering different variations/options but will always push you to your maximum and challenge you as this is how you will make quick and big improvements in your practice!
Classes always start by warming up the body and focus on alignment, strength, flexibility and balance. If you wish to work on something specific that you love or struggle with (core, hips, inversions, ...), please let me know and I can build a class around that!
I am super attentive and available so please do not hesitate to ask questions (even after the class) and we can go into more details into a specific asana/pose.
