Providing mentorship along with Math and Science teaching. 2. Providing tailor-made study plans and learning approaches with students requiring more personal attention. 3. Providing realistic and goal-based learning approaches for different grades. 4. Providing personalized SAT tutoring for high school students that include regular feedback based on quantifiable and qualifiable outputs. 5. Providing periodic assessments with individualized feedback to strengthen strong topics along with focusing and enhancing those areas they needed to work on.

About the lesson

I keep my teaching very interactive and emphasize growth. My teaching is always in the form of storytelling, and I focus on developing a bond with the student. Bonding with the student makes the student feel more welcoming. I ensure that the student doesn't keep the questions to himself and struggles to find answers for them. My courses are aimed at students from Grade 5 and above in the areas of mathematics and physics.

Perfect! Shanti has been really good about breaking down the steps of my son's struggles. He provided help with preparing for quizzes and tests. He has provided tips and tricks that helped math concepts make sense that Common Core just is not accomplishing.
Shanti has flexible scheduling and we worked together to find the best days to meet that provide the most benefit for my son.
Shanti makes sure that my son is not just working on math when he is in his session, but rather, he also asks that my son checks in and provides updates and samples of what he is working on. Shanti is holding my son accountable, which is exactly what my son needs.
My son's grades are already increase from just a few sessions with Shanti - highly recommend

Shanti has been one of those few guys who is a passionate teacher and loves teaching, especially kids right from our high school days. I have known him since our high school days and personally recommend him to anyone who wants to excel in math. He explains STEM concepts in a detailed manner that any student can understand easily. He is also a tutor to my kid in Math and English as well. He doesn't believe in the "one approach fits all" approach and draws up customized plans for each of his students. This approach helped his students immensely and I strongly recommend him as a tutor and a career mentor.

Shanti Swaroop has been an amazing researcher and tutor, especially in the STEM fields, which is evident from the numerous technical papers he has published. He has several years of experience mentoring junior PhD students as well as undergrad students in various subjects. His knowledge in mathematics, physics is very thorough and he makes extremely complex concepts easy to understand and apply. I would most certainly recommend him as a tutor and mentor.
