About Ritik
Yoga has been an integral part of my life since childhood, shaping my deep passion for holistic wellness. To build on my lifelong personal practice, I pursued formal academic training, earning both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the field of Yogic sciences & holistic health. I am teaching because I want to share this blend of extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience with my students. My goal is to help you discover the profound physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga, guiding you authentically on your own wellness journey.
