About DrJyoti
I am a naturopathy and yoga graduate. Having no prior knowledge about yoga, I found the subject difficult and not suitable for me. All I knew was only a few asanas which I practiced back in middle school. But, yoga is a vast ocean. Once I delved deeper, I realized the benefits yoga gives on different dimensions of our existence. I want to teach what I realized to my students; the experience I had as a yoga student and how it made me look towards life in a new light.
