About Deepak
Namaste! I am Deepak, a passionate and dedicated Yoga teacher from India—the birthplace of Yoga. I have spent years learning and practicing authentic yoga techniques, and my goal is to share this ancient knowledge with people all around the world. I believe that yoga is not just about physical flexibility, but about finding mental peace and balance in our busy daily lives. As a teacher, I am very patient, friendly, and focused on your personal growth. I love connecting with people from different cultures and helping them achieve a healthier lifestyle through traditional yoga.

Welcome to my authentic Indian Yoga classes! My teaching approach is patient, step-by-step, and tailored to your body's comfort and limits. Whether you are a complete beginner or an intermediate student, these sessions are designed for you.
A typical class is structured into three parts:
Warm-up and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to center the mind.
Core Asanas (postures) to build flexibility, strength, and balance.
Deep relaxation and guided meditation to relieve stress.

I charge ₹650 per hour for my online yoga sessions. With my strong background as a 2-time State and National level Yoga player, you can be assured of learning proper, injury-free, and traditional yoga techniques.
