Diploma in Yoga Teacher 350hours at Triyoga centre with British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance – October 2020 - in depth the training has cover:
- Asana, studying also common postural problems, modifications, safe practice and preventing injury, including how to make sensitive adjustments
- Pranayama (breathing practise)
- Meditation, different techniques found during the history
- Philosophy, study from the origin until how it came to the Western Word
- Anatomy and Physiology, deep knowledge on how to make yoga suitable to everyone
