I modify my classes according to each individual, and make them understand their own capacities and limitations. Yogic philosophy being the base of my learning and teaching, I also add more therapy-based practices. I have worked in schools, I do understand the way children pick up yoga as a routine and develop their strengths. I have had the opportunity to teach a few senior citizens.
