I always struggled in school when I was younger and never felt able to articulate the thoughts I had in ways that would provide the best results. Thus, as a tutor, I profoundly believe in personalising lessons to individual learning styles. By doing this, each student's best strengths will be brought out in a way that provides the best results but also creates genuine passion.

About the lesson

The Oxbridge tutorial system is the best method for providing tailored support in lessons. I offer subject teaching, essay writing guidance and interview preparation designed to help students achieve top grades and competitive university offers. I am a first-year Oxford undergraduate reading history. In the HAT entrance exam I scored 76, placing my essay skills in the top 25% of successful applicants. Having recently excelled in the admissions process, I understand precisely what tutors look for in applications and interviews. At A-Level I achieved A*A*AA* in History, Philosophy, Politics and EPQ – tuition is offered for these subjects in addition to Oxbridge applications. Lessons are typically one hour, although this can be adjusted to suit each student’s schedule and learning style. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to discuss goals and create a personalised plan before beginning tuition.
